Welcome to AlToon — your digital drawing companion for sketching, doodling, and creating art on the go. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our drawing application and related services.

By using AlToon, you acknowledge and accept the practices described in this policy. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the app.

We collect minimal data to keep your creative workflow smooth and uninterrupted:

• Account Information — Email, username, and securely hashed password. Optional Google/Apple sign-in.
• Your Artwork — Sketches, drawings, and projects you create. All stored locally; never auto-uploaded.
• Usage & Device Data — Brushes used, features accessed, crash logs, device model, OS version (anonymized).
• Payment Information — Handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant partners for premium brush packs.
• Cloud Backup — Optional encrypted storage for your artwork. Disable anytime in settings.

Your Art Belongs to You

We do not access, view, or use your drawings for any purpose beyond the creative tools you actively use. No artwork is used for AI training or advertising.

We never sell your personal data or use your artwork for advertising purposes.

We share data only in these strictly limited scenarios:

• With your consent — When you export and share your artwork to social platforms.
• Service providers — Trusted analytics, hosting, and payment partners under binding agreements.
• Legal requirements — If mandated by valid court order or applicable law.
• Business transitions — During mergers or acquisitions, with prior notice.

Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be shared publicly but can never identify individual artists.

Local Storage

All your sketches, drawings, and project files reside on your device. AlToon never automatically uploads your creative work to external servers.

Cloud Backup (Optional)

AES-256 encrypted storage for your artwork across multiple regions. Delete cloud data anytime — removal completes within 30 days.

Security Protocols

• TLS 1.2+ encryption for all network communications.
• bcrypt password hashing with unique salts.
• Strict access controls and routine security audits.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise:

• Access — Request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction — Update inaccurate account details.
• Deletion — Permanently delete your account and data.
• Portability — Receive your data in a structured format.
• Opt-out — Withdraw consent for cloud backup or analytics.
• Objection — Challenge processing under legitimate interests.

AlToon is a family-friendly drawing app. However, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or applicable minimum age) without parental consent. Upon discovery, such data is promptly deleted.

AlToon operates globally with infrastructure in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Cross-border data transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms.
